Ivabradine Hydrochloride is the hydrochloride salt preparation of Ivabradine, clinic a bradycardic agent. Studies have shown that Ivabradine inhibits T cell migration and causes a decrease of chemokine-induced PI-3 kinase activity. Exposure of rabbit sinoatrial node cells to Ivabradine has been reported to cause a blockade of the hyperpolarization-activated I(f) current without resulting in a shift of the voltage range of the activation curve.
